Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of quotes.zerocall.io, published by Zerocall SAS. By creating an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
Service description
Devis IA is an online service for creating, managing and sending professional quotes and invoices, with AI assistance (voice dictation, automatic suggestions). The service is accessible by monthly subscription according to the plans available on the Pricing page.
Registration and user account
- Registration is reserved for persons carrying out a professional activity.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
- An account is personal and may not be shared between multiple users.
Prohibited uses
- Issuing fraudulent documents or documents containing false information
- Reselling or making the service available to third parties without authorisation
- Attempting unauthorised access to Zerocall systems
- Using the service for unlawful or public-order-violating purposes
Zerocall reserves the right to immediately suspend any account subject to abusive use, after a notice served and left unaddressed within 48 hours.
Subscription and cancellation
- Subscriptions are open-ended, renewed monthly.
- Payment is charged at the start of each period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- No refund is given for a period already started, except as legally required.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
