GDPR and your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) gives you extensive rights over your personal data. At Zerocall, we are committed to responding within a maximum of 30 days.
All your GDPR rights can be exercised by a simple email to hello@zerocall.io with the subject "GDPR rights request". Response guaranteed within 30 days.
Your rights in detail
Right of access
Get confirmation that data about you is being processed and receive a full copy (CSV or JSON on request).
Right to rectification
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data directly from your account settings or by contacting us.
Right to erasure
Request deletion of your data. This right applies in cases provided by the GDPR, subject to legal retention obligations (accounting documents: 10 years).
Right to portability
Receive your data in a structured format (JSON / CSV) to transfer to another service.
Right to object
Object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to withdraw consent
Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time from your settings or via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
How to exercise your rights
- Send an email to hello@zerocall.io with the subject "GDPR rights request"
- State the right you wish to exercise and your account email
- We will respond within 30 days (extensible to 3 months for complex requests)
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In France: CNIL at cnil.fr.
