Zerocall SAS is the data controller for personal data collected via quotes.zerocall.io. Contact: hello@zerocall.io.
Data collected
- Account data: email, name, company name, registration number
- Billing data: processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS), never stored by us
- Usage data: quotes created, invoices, registered clients
- Technical data: IP address, access logs (30 days maximum)
- Voice data: processed in real time, not retained after transcription
Purposes and legal basis
- Contract performance — service provision, account management, billing
- Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, service improvement
- Consent — marketing communications (if accepted)
- Legal obligation — retention of accounting data (10 years)
Your voice data is processed in real time by the AI engine and immediately deleted after transcription. No audio recordings are stored on our servers.
Retention periods
- Active account data: duration of contractual relationship + 3 years
- Accounting documents (quotes, invoices): 10 years (legal requirement)
- Technical logs: rolling 30 days
- Voice data: deleted immediately after transcription
Sub-processors
- Supabase — database (EU West region)
- OpenAI — voice transcription (data not retained)
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS certified)
- Resend — transactional emails
